2019 - 2020 Concert Season

Musical Arts Series Port Clinton COVID-19 announcement
update June, 2020

The Musical Arts Series Port Clinton steering committee is closely monitoring the COVID-19 virus recommendations of the CDC, the Ohio Department of Health, and the Ottawa County Health Department.

The Musical Arts Series Port Clinton steering committee has made the decision to postpone the Gavin George concert at the Firelands Presbyterian Church until the 2021 concert schedule.

The Cleveland Institute of Music concert on April 26th was cancelled.

The Steve and Lisa Ball concert originally scheduled for June 7th, has been postponed until later this summer at an outdoor venue with a date to be announced.

The Mark Kosower concert on Sunday, May 17, 2020 has been postponed until the 2021 concert schedule.

These decisions were made following the guidelines for social distancing, based on the elderly demographics of our patrons, the close personal contact of our performance venue, and the recommendations of local medical advisors.

We will continue to closely monitor the status of the COVID-19 pandemic to make decisions on whether to hold the remainder of our 2019-2020 concerts. Some or all of the remaining MAS concerts for this concert season could be cancelled or postponed on short notice. Please check this website or our Facebook page frequently for the latest information about upcoming concerts.
